1. Choose a Zumba song. You can find a variety of Zumba sonGS onLine. Pick one that you like or that you think will be fun to dance to.
2. Set Up the challenge. Decide how long the challenge will last (5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc.) and what the Goal is (most calories burned, most moves done, etc.).
3. Gather your participAnts. Ask your friends, family, or co-workers to join you in the challenge.
4. Start the challenge. Put on the Zumba song and start dancing. Keep track of how many calories you’re burning and how many moves you’re doing.
5. Take a break. After the challenge is over, take a break and review your results.
6. Award the winner. Give the winner a prize, such as a gift card or a certificate.
7. Celebrate. Enjoy the accomplishment of completing the Zumba challenge.
