How to play Elastic Car?
1. Set Up the Game: Gather two or more players and place a set of elastic bands in the middle of the table.
2. Choose a Starting Player: The starting player will be the one who will begin the game by stretching an elastic band around their finger.
3. Stretch the Band: The starting player will stretch the elastic band around their finger and then pass it to the next player. The next player must then stretch the band around their own finger.
4. Pass the Band: Players must then pass the band back and forth until one player cannot stretch the band any further.
5. Determine the Winner: The player who was unable to stretch the band any further is the loser and the other player is the winner.
6. Reset the Game: Once a winner is determined, the elastic band can be reset and the game can be played again.
