1. Place the game board on a flat surface.
2. Place the four Pop Pop Kitty Figures onto the game board.
3. Each player takes a Turn Rolling the die.
4. the number rolled indicates how many spaces the player can move their Kitty.
5. If a player lands on a space with a Pop Pop Kitty, they must pick Up the Kitty and place it in the center of the game board.
6. The first player to collect all four Pop Pop Kitties wins the game.
