Iron Mom is a card game for two to four players. It is similar to the Classic game of War, but with a Twist.
Object of the Game: The object of Iron Mom is to be the last player with cards in their hand.
SetUp: Each player is dealt an equal number of cards from a standard deck of 52 cards. The remaining cards are placed face down in the middle of the table.
Gameplay: Each player takes Turns flipPing over The Top card from their hand and placing it face Up in the middle of the table. When two or more cards are flipped, the player with the highest card value wins the round and takes all the cards in the middle. The cards are then added to their hand.
If two players flip over cards of the same value, then it’s a “Battle”. Both players must flip over another card and the player with the highest card value wins the Battle and takes all the cards in the middle.
If the Battle is still tied, then both players must flip over another card and the player with the highest card value wins the Battle. This process continues until one player wins the Battle.
If a player runs out of cards, they are out of the game. The last player remaining with cards in their hand is the winner.
Variations: Iron Mom can also be played with other variations, such as playing with more than one deck of cards or allowing players to trade cards with each other.
