1. Gather your materials: You will need an axe, a Target, and a safe place to Throw the axe.
2. Set Up the Target: Place the Target at least 8 feet away from wHere you will be Throwing the axe. Make sure the Target is securely attached to a stable surface.
3. Practice your stance: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your dominant hand slightly farther away from the axe. Keep your back straight and your eyes focused on the Target.
4. Grip the axe: Grip the axe near the base of the handle with your dominant hand. Place your other hand on the handle near The Top.
5. Throw the axe: Raise the axe above your head and then Swing it forward in an arc. Release the axe when it is parallel to the ground and Pointed towards the Target.
6. Follow-through: After releasing the axe, Follow through with your Swing and let your arms come to rest.
7. Score your Throw: The higher the axe sticks in the Target, the more Points you'll get.
