How to play Speed Balloons?
1. Gather a groUp of at least two players.
2. Give each player an equal number of Balloons.
3. Set a timer for two minutes.
4. At the start of the timer, each player must start blowing Up their Balloons.
5. When the timer runs out, the player who has blown Up the most Balloons wins the game.
6. If tHere is a tie, the players can play another round with a DIFFerent timer.
