Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 Degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Saute onion, bell pepper, and celery until Tender.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soUp, cream of chicken soUp, chicken broth, garlic Powder, onion Powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, and black pepper.
4. Add the cooked vegetables to the soUp mixture and stir to combine.
5. Spread the egg noodles in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pour the soUp mixture over the noodles and stir to combine.
6. Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese over The Top.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
