1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and FLOUr a 9x13 inch pan.
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egGS one at a time, then stir in the mashed bananas.
3. In a separate bowl, sift together the FLOUr, baking Powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir the dry ingredients into the banana mixture just until blended.
4. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
5. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then Turn out onto a Wire rack and cool completely.
6. Frost the cooled cake with your favorite frosting. Enjoy!
