How to play Forge Ahead?

1. Each player is dealt Five cards.

2. The remaining cards are placed in a draw pile.

3. The Top card of the draw pile is flipped over to form the discard pile.

4. The player to the dealer’s left begins the game by playing a card from their hand to the discard pile.

5. The next player must either match the rank or suit of the card just played. If they cannot, they must draw from the draw pile until they can play.

6. The game continues in this fashion until one player has no cards left in their hand.

7. The player who has no cards left in their hand is the winner.
