How to play Cops N Robbers Memory?
1. Set Up the game board. Place all of the cards face down in a 4x4 grid.
2. Determine which player will go first.
3. The first player flips over two cards. If they match, the player keeps the cards and takes another Turn. If they do not match, the cards are flipped back over and the next player takes their Turn.
4. Play continues in this manner until all of the cards have been matched. The player with the most matches at the end of the game wins.
