How to play Circle And Line?
1. Draw a Circle on a piece of Paper.
2. Draw a Line that goes through the center of the Circle.
3. Take Turns drawing Lines that start from the edge of the Circle and end at the Line that goes through the center.
4. The Goal of the game is to be the first player to complete a full Circle by Connecting the last Line you drew to the first Line you drew.
5. If a player is unable to draw a Line to complete a full Circle, the other player can attempt to do so.
6. The player who completes a full Circle first wins the game.
