How to play Pumpkin Muffins?
Ingredients:
- 2 cUps all-purpose FLOUr
- 2 teaspoons baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cUp butter, sofTened
- 1/2 cUp white sugar
- 1/2 cUp packed brown sugar
- 2 egGS
- 1 cUp pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cUp milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 Degrees C). Grease muffin cUps or Line with Paper baking cUps.
2. In a medium bowl, combine FLOUr, baking Powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves and salt.
3. In a large bowl, cream together butter, white sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egGS one at a time, then stir in pumpkin.
4. GraDually stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture alternately with the milk.
5. Fill muffin cUps 2/3 full with batter.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a Wire rack.
