How to play the kidnapped ghost?

The player to the left of the kidnapper then takes their Turn. They must either flip over The Top card of the draw pile or take the ghost from the kidnapper. If they take the ghost, they must also take any cards of the same rank from any of the other players’ hands and add them to their own.
Play continues in this fashion until one player has no cards left in their hand. That player is the winner.
