How to play Blue Squirrel?
Blue Squirrel is a fun and easy card game for two to four players. It is similar to the Classic game of Crazy Eights but with some added Twists.
The Goal of Blue Squirrel is to be the first player to get rid of all their cards.
To begin, each player is dealt four cards. The remaining cards are placed face down in the middle of the table to form a draw pile. The Top card of the draw pile is Turned over to form the discard pile.
On each Turn, a player must either match The Top card of the discard pile in either suit or rank, or draw one card from the draw pile. If the player is unable to match The Top card of the discard pile, they must draw one card from the draw pile.
When a player has matched The Top card of the discard pile, they may then discard any card from their hand.
The game is won when a player has successfully discarded all their cards.
THere are some special rules to Blue Squirrel. If a player draws a Blue squirrel card, they may immediately discard any card from their hand. If a player draws a green squirrel card, they must immediately discard the card and pass their Turn.
Blue Squirrel is a great game for family game night and can be enjoyed by all ages. It is a great way to practice counting, Memory, and strategy.
