1. Gather your equipment: Each player should have a hockey stick and a hockey puck. All players should also wear protective gear such as a helmet, shin guards, and gloves.
2. Set Up the playing area: The playing area should be an ice rink or a flat, smooth surface. Mark the playing area with cones or BOUNDaries.
3. Divide into teams: Divide the players into two teams of four players each.
4. Start the game: The game begins when one team takes possession of the puck. The team with possession of the puck must try to score a Goal by shooting the puck into the opposing team’s Goal.
5. Play the game: Players can pass the puck to each other and attempt to score Goals. The team with the most Goals at the end of the game wins.
6. End the game: The game ends when the time limit has been reached or when one team has scored a predetermined number of Goals.
