How to play Cat named Soko?

Cat named Soko is a two-player game that is played using a standard deck of 52 playing cards.

Objective:
The objective of the game is to be the first player to get rid of all their cards.

SetUp:
Each player is dealt 7 cards from the deck. The remaining cards are placed face down in the middle of the table. This is the draw pile.

Game play:
The player to the left of the dealer starts the game. They must place one card from their hand face Up on the table. This card is the starting card. The player to the left of the starter must then place a card that is either the same rank or suit as the starting card.
