How to play Tower City?

1. Place the Tower City game board in the center of the playing area.

2. Each player chooses a color and takes the corresponding pieces.

3. Place the pieces on the board in the designated starting locations.

4. Decide who will go first.

5. On each Turn, a player must move one of their pieces either one space Up, down, left, or right.

6. The Goal is to be the first player to get one of their pieces to The Top of the Tower.

7. If a player moves their piece onto a space occUpied by an opponent's piece, then the opponent's piece is removed from the board.

8. If a player moves their piece onto a space occUpied by their own piece, then the piece is Stacked on top of the other piece.

9. The game ends when one player has successfully moved one of their pieces to The Top of the Tower. The player with the piece at The Top of the Tower is the winner.
