How to play Heaven Stairs?
1. Set Up the game by dealing out all the cards evenly to each player. Each player should have the same number of cards.
2. The player to the left of the dealer starts the game by playing a card from their hand. This card must be either a number or a special card (such as a wild card).
3. The next player must then play a card that is either the same number or one higher than the card previously played. For example, if the first card played was a 5, the next player must play either a 5 or a 6.
4. If a player cannot play a card, they must pass and the next player must play a card.
5. The game continues in this way until all players have passed.
6. The player who played the highest card is the winner of the round. They collect all the cards played in the round and add them to their pile.
7. The game continues until one player has all the cards. This player is the winner.
