1. Start by standing with your feet together and your arms at your sides.
2. Jump Up and spread your leGS out to the side while bRinging your arms Up above your head.
3. Land with your feet apart and your arms still above your head.
4. Jump again and bRing your feet together while bRinging your arms back down to your sides.
5. Repeat this pattern until you reach your desired number of repetitions.
