FlashBall is a fast-paced game of reaction and Reflexes. It is played with two players or teams who take Turns shooting a rubber ball at each other. The Goal is to hit the other player with the ball while AVOIDing being hit yourself.
1. Set Up the game: Each player or team should stand at least 10 feet apart. Place a Line of tape or cones on the ground between the two players.
2. Begin the game: The player or team with the ball Throws it at the other player or team, AIMing for their feet. The other player or team must Catch the ball or Dodge it.
3. If the ball is caught: The player or team who caught the ball gets a Point and then Throws the ball back at the other player or team.
4. If the ball is Dodged: The player or team who Dodged the ball gets a Point and then Throws the ball back at the other player or team.
5. The game ends when one player or team reaches a predetermined score. The player or team with the highest score wins the game.
