How to play Royal Wedding Guests?

Objective:

The objective of Royal Wedding Guests is to be the first player to collect all Five of the Royal Wedding Guests cards.

SetUp:

Shuffle the deck of Royal Wedding Guests cards and deal out Five cards to each player. Place the remaining cards in the center of the table to form the draw pile.

Game Play:

The player to the left of the dealer goes first. On a player’s Turn, they draw one card from the draw pile and then discard one card from their hand. The player must then try to collect all Five of the Royal Wedding Guests cards. The player can do this by either drawing the card they need from the draw pile or by taking it from another player’s hand.

If a player collects all Five of the Royal Wedding Guests cards, they must immediately show their hand to the other players. If they are Correct, they win the game.

If the draw pile runs out of cards, the game ends in a draw.

Variations:

THere are several variations of Royal Wedding Guests that can be played.

One variation is to add a discard pile. This means that when a player discards a card, it is placed in the center of the table instead of being discarded. This allows for players to take a card from the discard pile instead of from another player’s hand.

Another variation is to add a “Wedding Cake” card. This card can be added to the deck and can be taken from the draw pile or from another player’s hand. The player who collects the Wedding Cake card must show it to the other players, and then the game ends in a draw.
