1. Start by arranging the bLocks in the playing area. The bLocks should be arranged in a rectangular grid with the same number of bLocks in each row and column.
2. The player who goes first will take one bLock at a time from the grid and place it in the playing area.
3. The player who goes second will then take one bLock at a time from the grid and place it in the playing area.
4. The Goal of the game is to create a pattern of bLocks that is as close to a rectAngle as possible.
5. The player who is able to create the closest pattern to a rectAngle is the winner.
6. The game ends when all the bLocks have been used Up or when neither player is able to create a pattern that is close to a rectAngle.
