1. Gather your sUpplies: You will need a large bowl, a whisk or electric mixer, measuRing cUps, measuRing spoons, an 8-inch round cake pan, parchment Paper, and a cooling rack.
2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
3. Line the cake pan with parchment Paper and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
4. In a large bowl, whisk together the FLOUr, baking Powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egGS, sugar, and oil until light and fluffy.
6. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferRing it to a cooling rack.
9. Once the cake is cool, cut into wedges and serve!
