2. Deal out all the cards to the players. Each player should have an equal number of cards.
3. Place the remaining cards in the center of the playing area. This is the draw pile.
Gameplay:
1. The player to the left of the dealer goes first.
2. On a player’s Turn, they must play a card from their hand that matches The Top card of the draw pile in either suit or rank. If they cannot play a card, they must draw a card from the draw pile.
3. If a player plays a card that matches The Top card of the draw pile in both suit and rank, they can “Knock Off” the card from the draw pile and take it into their hand.
4. The player can then play another card from their hand that matches the new top card of the draw pile. They can continue playing cards in this manner until they cannot play any more cards.
5. Play passes to the left.
6. The game ends when one player has no cards in their hand. That player is the winner.
Tips:
- Pay atTention to the cards that have been played. This will help you anticipate what cards your opponents may have in their hands.
- Try to Knock Off cards from the draw pile whenever possible. This will reduce the number of cards in the draw pile, making it easier for you to play cards from your hand.
- If you have multiple cards of the same rank, it’s a good idea to play them all at once. This will reduce the chances of your opponents being able to Knock Off a card from the draw pile.
