How to play Obstacle?
Course
1. Choose an area to set Up the Obstacle course. Make sure the area is free of any objects that could pose a safety hazard.
2. Set Up the Obstacles. Depending on the age and skill level of the participAnts, the Obstacles can be as simple as hula Hoops to Jump through or as complex as a Rope ladder to climb.
3. Decide on a starting and ending Point.
4. Designate a time limit for the participAnts to complete the course.
5. Once the participAnts are ready, signal the start of the race.
6. Encourage the participAnts to complete the course as quickly as possible.
7. Once all participAnts have finished the course, give out awards for the fastest time and most creative technique.
