1. Start by gatheRing all of the sUpplies you need: toothbRush, toothpaste, floss, mouthwash, and a timer.
2. Set the timer for two minutes.
3. Begin bRushing your teeth with the toothbRush and toothpaste. Make sure to bRush all surfaces of your teeth, including the back and sides.
4. After two minutes, rinse your mouth with Water.
5. Floss your teeth using the dental floss.
6. Rinse your mouth with the mouthwash.
7. Repeat Steps 3-6 twice more.
8. When the timer runs out, you’re done!
