How to play The Black?
Cat
Objective: The objective of The Black Cat is to be the first player to collect all Five of The Black cats.
SetUp: Each player is dealt Five cards from a standard deck of 52 playing cards. The remaining cards are placed in a draw pile in the center of the table.
Gameplay: The player to the left of the dealer starts the game by placing one of their cards face Up in the center of the table. The next player then places one of their cards face Up on top of the first card. This continues around the table until someone places a black cat card. When this happens, the player who placed The Black cat card collects all of the cards in the pile, including The Black cat card, and adds them to their hand.
The player who collected The Black cat card then starts a new pile by placing one of their cards face Up in the center of the table. Play continues until one player has collected all Five of The Black cat cards. That player is the winner.
Variations: THere are several variations of The Black Cat, including a version wHere the players must match the suits of the cards in the pile before they can collect The Black cat card.
