How to play OutSwipe?

OutSwipe is a fun and fast-paced card game that can be played with two or more players.

Objective:
The objective of OutSwipe is to be the first player to get rid of all of their cards.

SetUp:
1. Shuffle a standard 52-card deck.
2. Deal out all of the cards to the players.
3. Place the remaining cards in the center of the table to form the draw pile.

Gameplay:
1. The player to the left of the dealer goes first.
2. On each Turn, the player must draw one card from the draw pile and then discard one card from their hand.
3. The player must discard a card that is either the same rank (number) or the same suit (color) as the card they drew.
4. If the player cannot discard a card, they must pass their Turn.
5. The next player then takes their Turn.
6. Play continues in this way until a player has no cards left.
7. The first player to get rid of all of their cards is the winner.
