DIFF is a two-player strategy game that is played on a 5x5 board. The game is played by two players, each of whom has a set of Five pieces. The pieces can be moved one space at a time in any direction.
The Goal of the game is to capture all of your opponent's pieces. This can be done by either trapPing them so they can't move, or by captuRing them with one of your pieces.
To start the game, each player places their pieces in the four corners of the board. The pieces can move one space at a time in any direction, including diagonally.
Players take Turns moving their pieces. When a piece moves, it captures any pieces of the opposing player that are in its Path. Captured pieces are removed from the board.
The game ends when one player has captured all of the opponent's pieces, or when the board is filled with pieces and neither player can move. In that case, the game is a draw.
