1. Start by dealing each player 7 cards from a standard deck of 52 cards. Place the remaining cards face down in the middle of the table to form a draw pile.
2. The player to the left of the dealer starts the game by placing a card from their hand face Up on the table. This card is known as the starter card.
3. The next player must then place a card from their hand that is either the same color or the same number as the starter card. For example, if the starter card is a red nine, the next player must play either a red card or a nine.
4. If a player cannot play a card that matches the starter card, they must draw a card from the draw pile. If the card drawn can be played, it must be played. If not, the Turn passes to the next player.
5. The game continues until one player has no cards left in their hand. This player is the winner.
