How to play Rise Higher?
1. Choose a card from the deck.
2. Place the card face Up on the table.
3. The player to the left of the card’s owner starts the game by playing a card from their hand.
4. The card played must be either higher in rank or of the same suit as the card on the table.
5. If a player cannot or does not want to play a card, they must draw a card from the deck.
6. The next player then plays a card, Following the same rules as before.
7. Play continues in this manner until all players have played all their cards.
8. The player with the highest card on the table wins the round.
9. The winner collects all the cards from the table and adds them to their hand.
10. The first player to collect all the cards in the deck is declared the winner of the game.
