How to play Ill Billy?

Ill Billy is a simple two-player card game. The object of the game is to collect the most sets of four matching cards.

1. Start by dealing out the entire deck of cards evenly between the two players.

2. Each player then looks at their cards and arranges them into sets of four.

3. The player with the most sets of four matching cards is the winner.

4. If both players have the same number of sets, the player with the highest-ranking set wins.

5. The highest-ranking set is determined by the rank of the card in each set (Ace is highest, Followed by King, Queen, Jack, 10, etc.).

6. If both players have the same number of sets and the highest-ranking set is the same, the player with the most cards in their set is the winner.

7. Once the winner is determined, the cards are shuffled and the game can be played again.
