How to play Tower vs Tower?
1. Each player takes Turns drawing cards from the deck.
2. The player who draws the highest card is the first to place a Tower on the board.
3. On each Turn, the player can place a Tower on any vacant space on the board.
4. The player can also move a Tower one space at a time.
5. The Goal of the game is to build and maintain Towers that are taller than your opponent's.
6. The player with the tallest Tower at the end of the game wins.
