How to play Chin Up Shin Up?
Chin Up Shin Up is an action-packed game of agility and strength. It is played between two teams, with each team having two players. The Goal is to be the first team to get all of their players to The Top of the pole.
1. Set Up the game: Place a pole in the middle of the playing area. Place a Rope or chain at The Top of the pole, with enough slack for players to reach.
2. Divide players into two teams. Each team should have two players.
3. Each team takes Turns sending one of their players to the pole. The player must climb the pole using Only their hands and feet.
4. Once the player reaches The Top of the pole, they must grab the Rope or chain.
5. The player must then climb down the pole, hand over hand, without touching the pole.
6. The first team to get both players to The Top of the pole wins the game.
7. The game can be made more challenging by increasing the height of the pole or adding Obstacles to the playing area.
