How to play Orange Ranch?

Objective

The objective of Orange Ranch is to collect as many Oranges as possible by harvesting them from your Orange grove.

SetUp

To start a game of Orange Ranch, each player will need a game board, a set of Orange grove cards, and a set of Orange cards. Each player should also have a pencil and Paper to keep score.

Gameplay

The game is played in rounds. In each round, each player will take Turns drawing an Orange grove card and placing it on their game board. Each Orange grove card has a number of Oranges on it, and the player will collect these Oranges and add them to their Orange cards.

Once all of the Orange grove cards have been played, the round ends and the players count Up their Oranges. The player with the most Oranges at the end of the round is the winner.

ScoRing

At the end of each round, the player with the most Oranges will receive one Point for each Orange they have collected. The player with the second most Oranges will receive one Point for each Orange they have collected, minus one. The player with the third most Oranges will receive one Point for each Orange they have collected, minus two. This continues until all players have been scored.

The player with the most Points at the end of the game is the winner.

Tips

• Try to plan ahead and anticipate which Orange grove cards your opponents may draw.

• Try to collect as many Oranges as possible, as quickly as possible.

• Keep track of your opponents’ scores so you know how many Oranges you need to collect to stay ahead.
