How to play Spike and Ball?
1. Set Up a court. Spike and Ball can be played on any court that is at least 10 feet by 20 feet in size. Mark the court with two Lines that are 10 feet apart, and place a net in the middle.
2. Divide into two teams. Each team should have at least two players.
3. Serve the ball. One player from each team serves the ball over the net to the other team. The server must stand behind the back Line of the court.
4. Spike the ball. The team that receives the ball must then Hit It back over the net to the other team. The player must hit the ball with an overhead motion, using their hands and arms.
5. Score Points. If a team fails to reTurn the ball over the net, the other team scores a Point. The first team to score 11 Points wins the game.
