1. Get familiar with the rules of rugby. Rugby Extreme is a simplified version of the traditional game of rugby, so it is important to understand the basic rules of the game.

3. Divide the players into two teams. Each team should have seven players.

4. Place the two Goalposts at opposite ends of the playing field.
