How to play Mahjong Classic?

1. Set Up the game: To begin a game of Mahjong Classic, each player is dealt 13 Tiles from a set of 144 Tiles. The Tiles should be shuffled and arranged into four walls, each wall containing two rows of 17 Tiles.

2. Establish a dealer: The dealer should be chosen randomly and should shuffle the Tiles before dealing. The dealer should then arrange the Tiles into four walls, two rows of 17 Tiles each.

3. Play the game: Players take Turns selecting and discarding Tiles. The Goal is to build a complete set of four sets of three Tiles and one pair. A set of three Tiles is called a Chow and must be of the same suit. A set of four Tiles is called a Pung and must also be of the same suit. A pair of Tiles is called a Kong and can be of any suit.

4. Win the game: The first player to complete a set of four sets of three Tiles and one pair is the winner. The winner is declared as soon as the set is completed, even if the other players have not finished their Turns.
