How to play TicTec Shot?
1. Choose a player to go first.
2. The first player takes a Shot by placing an X or an O on an empty Square on the 3x3 board.
3. The second player takes a Shot by placing an X or an O on an empty Square on the 3x3 board.
4. Play continues in this manner until one player has three of their marks in a row, either Horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
5. The player with three in a row is the winner.
6. If all Squares are filled and no one has three in a row, the game is a draw.
