How to play Kick Ups?
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your dominant foot slightly in front.
2. Use your dominant foot to Kick the ball Up into the air.
3. As the ball comes back down, use your dominant foot to Kick it Up again.
4. Keep the ball in the air for as long as possible.
5. If you can, use your other foot to Kick the ball Up as well.
6. To make the game more challenging, try Kicking the ball higher each time.
7. Keep track of how many times you can Kick the ball Up in a row.
8. See if you can beat your own score!
