How to play Relax Mandala?

2. Begin your relaxation practice by sitting comfortably on your mat. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
3. Visualize a mandala in your mind. This can be a simple Circle or a more complex design. Focus on the mandala and allow your mind to Drift away.
4. Allow yourself to relax deeply. Feel the Tension in your body melting away as you focus on the mandala.
5. When you are ready, slowly open your eyes and take a few more deep breaths.
6. Take a moment to reflect on your experience and how you feel.
7. Take a few moments to thank yourself for taking the time to relax and practice self-care.
