1. Start the game by selecting a character. You can choose from either Mommy or her BFFs.
2. After selecting a character, you will be taken to the doctor's office. Here, you will be asked to answer a few questions about your character's current Health and lifestyle.
3. After answeRing the questions, the doctor will give you a physical examination. This includes checking your character's weight, temperature, and blood pressure.
4. After the physical examination, the doctor will give you a diagnosis. Depending on the diagnosis, you may be prescribed medication or given advice on how to improve your character's Health.
5. Once the diagnosis is complete, the doctor will give you a list of recommended activities for your character. These activities may include exercise, dieting, or taking vitamins.
6. After completing the activities, you can take your character to the hospital for a final checkUp. Here, the doctor will assess your character's Health and give you a final diagnosis.
7. After the final checkUp, you can reTurn to the main menu and select a new character to play with.
