How to play Head football touches?
1. Start by drawing a Line in the middle of the field. This is the midfield Line.
2. Each team should have two players. One player will be the Head Football player and the other will be the sUpporting player.
3. The Head Football player should stand at the midfield Line and the sUpporting player should stand a few feet behind him.
4. The Head Football player should then Kick the ball into the air towards the other team's Goal.
5. The sUpporting player should then run towards the ball and try to head it towards the Goal.
6. The opposing team should try to stop the ball from enteRing their Goal by using their heads.
7. The team that scores the most Goals wins the game.
